2 miles on the lame track at the gym.  I usually get there by 5:40 a.m. and all of the TM's are taken.  Put another 7 miles on the next available TM.

Later tonight I will do a 5k outside.  Gotta get the miles in!

Next week I will be going outside to run/  I think that it will be light and warm enough to run outside.  I'm getting sick of the terrible TM's at the gym!

I went to the gym later with a friend.  When I run with friends it motivates me to run fast.  I did a 5k in no time.  I didn't time myslef, but I was going at a 5k race pace!

After we lifted weights.

Nice miles. How many are you building up this week? Natural Vit D (sunshine baby) is good. Enjoy the outside run.

RAD,

Yes, the sun will feel so nice. I'm excited to head out and enjoy a little nature.

Smooth,

I'm trying to hit about 55-56 this week. I think that I will get there. My mind is all for it, but I don't know if I have my body convinced yet. I think that tonight I will take an ice-bath. Ew

Yes, you will hit your mileage goal this week. Check out your 27 already. You're very motivated to get up early to run before school and some more after. I have another 55 mpw sometimes in March. To tell you the truth, I'm so ready for taper. Boston is gonna be fun.
