raise TM to 10% and bring the pace all the way down. Step ups on the side of the TM... 20 on each leg
Back on TM. 5 min @ 7%
off TM. 20 one leg squats on each leg
Back on TM... 3 min @ 8%, 2 min @ 10%, 5 min @5%
On the side of the TM do 30 calf raises each leg.
5 min @ 5%
one leg jumps 30x each leg
5 min @ 5%
cool down on 2%
I climbed 1221 ft on the TM in 5 miles. Seesh, that burned!! LOVED this workout and I did it with Hilary. She had a love/hate relationship with it.
