| 8 miles. 4ish miles before the Adventure Race started, 2 and something with a team, 2 something back home. I was happy to be running outside, by body is catching up to me and liking so much these days. Lower back hurt the rest of the day. Ohhh the third trimester, how fabulous it is.
It was fun to be at the Adventure Race but I just wanted to be racing . Next year I would like to do the Advneture Race by myself, we shall see.

I have still been feeling lower back pain on the left side when I run. Decided to take the maternity belt off at mile 4 and I felt much better. That run was tiring, but my body was okay with it today.
I did some lifting and squats afterward.

| Woke up and my body was pretty dang tired after running 6 in the evening, so I took it easy at the gym. 30 min on the ARC and 10 min on the bike. Taught the Activity Girls a dance and the importance of being physically fit in the evening. Pretty sure I had a big contraction while I was teaching. hmmm.

| Found out that I could manage running on the outdoor track. Ran with David and I really enjoyed it.

| I seriously ran .25 and then did 45 minutes on the stairmill at Randolph. I miss that gym and all of the motivated people. After my workout, David bought us a 32 oz smoothie to share. Then I found free popcorn and hot chocolate at the hotel. Yes, I was that pregnant lady walking around with a huge shake, popcorn and hot chocolate.

| 6 miles on the inside track. This run was one of the best I have had in several weeks. I could tell baby started up high and dropped down by the end of the run. Then I had to pee all day after my run. Nice. Love this baby already.
