| I gave runnnig a shot and it scared me a little. I am happy that my body didn't fall apart. I actually got fatigued at the end of my run, kind of depressing.

| Can't tell you how long it's been since I have ran 7 miles. I did today and I was proud of it! on the TM of course... Felt good.

| After two days off, I felt good to go. Naomi slept the entire time while I was on the TM. She woke up when 6 girls came into the mother's room, and then went back to sleep.
I ran starting at a 7.0 and up the speed every quarter mile. As soon as I went for 15 minutes, I would rest and walk for two minutes. This is a pretty good workout and I can start to feel my abs working again.
