Rest day, rest day, rest day! Waking up at 7:30 is so nice...I love the one day during the week I don't have to run. Yoga or bike tonight! I will also be doing week 3/day 2 of PC.

Oh, I love Thursdays too! I get up early and run with my running group, but then do yoga and stretching at the gym and veg Thur and do light cardio/weights Fri. Good luck with that push up challenge, when do the tickets go on sale? :)
