8 miles, pavement and muddy dirt roads.
4 easy miles, pavement and dirt.
9 miles, pavement and dirt, including 8 x 100 meter strides.
3 miles fast walking.
11 miles, pavement, dirt and mud. Legs a bit tired from mileage build-up. I didn't push it, but the humidity really took the energy level down.
