Easy 3, and then other leg exercises with ankle weights.
7 mostly easy miles w/ 10 x 100 meter sprints with good recovery after each.
Easy 3, mostly pavement.
10 mile, pavement and dirt. Bad air quality and wearing an N95 mask for the pollution made a relatively slow pace much more difficult. Later: hamstring, glute, hip flexor, side leg raises, and calf raises with ankle weights.
