Elliptical for 30 minutes max 10 on resistance and then the peloton for a 20 minute ride. 40 Resistance. 5.60 mile averag 17 MPH. Thats all I can do with my foot. It hurts to run on it.

Out towards Payson on canal road. Foot was prettyt sore and painful but I got her done. My average pace was 9:18 with a total time of 48:18. I will probably cross train tomorrow. Foot is pretty sore.

Out towards Mini Gu Corner. Foot was tolerable. That was a pleasant surprise. My average pace was 9:00 withg a total time of 48:01, I finished up with some upper and lower body weights and some push ups. I am so thankful I was able to run considering my foot.
