| Icy roads out there this morning, I just tried to stay steady and not fall on my butt! My average pace was 8:50 with a total time of 54:11, it was a beautiful morning with the new fallen snow.

| The old legs were pretty much dead the whole way this morning, but I did my best to stay with it and get her done. My average pace was slow at 9:07 with a total time of 57:15, I finished up with some upper body weight training and some psuh-ups.

| Mini Gu Corner and back, it was a little snowy but not to bad. My legs were still really beat up and tired but I got her done. My pace was 9:09 with a total time of 56:05, hopefully they will start feeling better as I get more consistent again.

| Out to the T and back via canal road, my legs felt a littel better this morning than they have which was a good sign. My average pace was 8:50 with a total time of 30:29, heres to better weeks ahead.

| Out to Gu Corner and back Via canal road, it was very slick on the way out but then better on the way back. My average pace was still a little slow at 8:46 with a total time of 1:11:40, I was more lose on the way back.
