I ran some hills ths morning. I ran up Mount Loafer road, up to the mailboxes over to the top of Harrys Hill and then down that and then back to the house via canal road. I felt okay on the uphill but as soon as I hit the downhill my legs just blew up on me and then it was a death march again. I felt horrible towards the end and my pace was way slow especially down Harry's Hill it was only an 8:27 mile... I'm ususally in the 7:20 range. My average pace was 9:22 with a total time of 1:06:44, I finished up with some upper body weight training and then some push-ups. Not a feel good type of run and I felt pretty unproductive.
