Out towards Payson Park and back via canal road, ITband was extremely sore and uncomfortable the whole way... I hope it doesn't become more of a problem, it felt great on Saturday but super sore today. My average pace was slower because of the ITband at 8:50 with a total time of 55:07, I finished up with some upper body weight training and some push-ups.

See you tomorrow.

By about 4 or so I started to feel like I could run so I went out and got her done, stomach was still pretty quizzy but it was managable, My legs wanted to run for some reason so i let them for the nmost pasrt but reeled them in on  most of the miles. My average pace was 8:13 with a total time of 59:20, MP miles at 8:15, 8:15, 8:15, 7:59, 7:45, .25 7:58. I finished up with a little lower body weight training.

Loafer Canyon all the way to the gate, 30 Mile an hour headwind on the way up and then on the way down there was hardly a tailwind... Go figure. I had 3 MP miles coming down, 7:35, 7:22, 7:40, my average pace was 9:14 with a total time of 1:15:01. I'm spent.

See you tomorrow.

I had my ITBand worked on last night and it was way sore for about 6 miles and then it loosened up and was tolerable. My legs were way tired the whole way and I just got through the run, but I did it and thats all that mattered. My average pace was 9:01 with a total time of 2:46:06, I didn't feel as good as last week but thats okay.

See you Monday
