Out to Payson Park and back. I tried top not push it as ahrd as last week but I still had some MP miles in there. 8:03, 8:03, 7:57, .25 7:51. My average pace was 8:15 with a total time of 59:40, I finished up with some upper body weights and some pushups. Another good start to the week.

Pretty Little Hill and then I extended past the house for a few more. Breathing was way better this morning everything felt more controlled. My average pace was 8:31 with a total time of 1:00:55.

Payson Canyon with Bigfoot. Faster than last week which is great. My average pace was 7:31 with a total time of 47:41, I finished up with some upper body weights and some pushups. MP miles went like this. 7:53, 7:45, 7:30, 7:22, 7:19, 7:19, .35 7:23 more flat here. It was a good effort. I hope to keep building each week on this route.

Out towards Gu Corner and then back to the house then I added another mile after returning home. My average pace was 8:23 with a total time of 1:08:16, I finished up with some lower body weights and some pushups. I had 1.15 MP on the last mile and a little bit. 8:00, .15 8:09. Legs felt pretty good considering the tempo run down Payson canyon yesterday. I am very pleased where I am at right now and I hope I can keep it going.

Well I crashed hard on this one. Super hot out and I didn't fuel up very good at all yesterday and I didn't get enough water in me. Stupid me. My average pace was 8:56 with a total time of 2:06:57. Hopefully I will feel better next week and I can get to 18 miles.
