Out towards payson Voa canal Road. My average pace was 9:00 with a total time of 46:42, I finished up with some upper body weights and some pushups, its a good start to the week.

Out towards mini gu corner and then back to the house. My average pace was 9:14 with a total time of 47:59, I finished up with some lower body weights and then some band strengthing. Foot held up pretty good.

Pretty little Hill and then lower body weights and some band work. Foot was okay. Its stiffer in the mornings so it took a little bit for it to loosen up but its all good. My average pace was 9:10 with a total time of 48:45.

Out toward Dick R Horton and then back. My average pace was 8:59 with a total time of 47:51. legs had pretty good trunover again considering I have ahd 3 days in a row of running. Stretching to finish up.
