I ran out to Mini Gu Corner via canal road this morning, legs felt pretty good considering how hard I skied yesterday, my average pace was 9:08 with a total time of 55:29. The last couple of weeks have been a little lazy but I will start getting after it again on Monday, I'm still struggling with motivation for some damn reason... I'm not sure why either. Maybe its age or maybe its just the simple fact that I am lazy,I'm not sure which it is but I will start working on it and see if I can brak threw it. I also did 2 set of one legged squats, 15 reps in each set.
