I waited for the roads to clear and then I ran out to Mini Gu, I was a little tired at first but then I was able to get into a pretty good rhythm the last few miles, I was glad that I went out all the new snow was beautiful. My average pace was 8:41 with a total time of 53:22, Last mile was MP @ 8:09.

I ran out towards payson via canal road, I felt a little tired on the way out but then on the way back I really loosened up and felt great! My average pace was 8:20 with a total time of 52:47 I finished up with my upper body weight training.

I Cut back a little the last few weeks, and I just ran a little 8 miler today out to Gu and back. My average pace was 8:28 with a total time of 1:09:12, I finished up with some upper body weight training and then some push-ups. Time to ramp it bcak up next week.
