Pretty Little Hill and then I extended a little when I got home so I could get the 60 Minutes of running in. I finished up with some upper body weights and some push-ups, Legs loosened up on the last few miles which was a nice surprise, it just took them for ever to get to that point. My average pace was 9:12 with a total time of 1:00:15. Hopefully I can start adding in a few more days during the week.
