Out towards Payson Park after the Storm. I felt okay. Ankle seemed to do alright but that was with a day off, but I'll take it. My average pace was 9:01 with a total time of 1:03:08, I had 3 MP miles and then I finishe up with some upper body weights and some push-ups.
