I ran out to Mini Gu Corner via canal road, it was a really rough run and my legs felt like the had hit the wall from the get go! But, I got the run done and that in its self is an accomplishment. My average pace was slow at 9:18 with a total time of 56:32, I know these runs are going to happen and I just need to get through them the best I can and realize that they are getting me to where I want to be...
