I ran Harrys Hill this morning, I felt a lot stronger today than last time on the uphill and the downhill, I guess the one legged squats are starting to pay off. Progress. I had one MP mile on the downhill (7:48), my average pace was 8:48 with a total time of 56:15. It wasn't my fastest time on this route but I am trending in the right direction so I just have to stay at it.
