Personal:
I have a wonderful wife and son and we live in Riverton/Herriman Utah. I am a high school teacher, and head coach for cross country and track at Mountain Ridge High.
Ran a 10 mile loop out around Herriman High and back with the team. About 3 miles in the left hammy cranked up and I didn't know if I would make it or not. Stretched i a couple times and continued on. Stopped and waited for Brroklyn and ran with her the remainded, about 6 miles. 7:29 ave. Body is beat up, but I haven't run that far since Bryce. Doubled my weekly milage with on run.
Same run as Saturday. We got rained on good the first couple of miles and got soaked. The run wasn't too bad, went slower too. The left hamstring was sore tight and sore, I think I overdid it with the TENS yesterday. 7:50 ave
Beautiful morning on the Jordan River Trail. Ran with the kids. Same issues as usual, left achilles, right knee, and left hamstring being the worst. Made the run though, 7:32 ave.
