Get healthy, run pain-free. Have had sciatic nerve issues since 2009, damaged knee cartilage early 2015, so have been a jogger for a while.

Do well in the 50s age group, keep running pain-free.

Married, science writer/editor, enjoy life on the coast of Maine
45 minute Peloton. Could tell my legs were empty from the first 5 minutes so just dug in the best I could. No PR but a good effort.
Fighting the bug :-/ Relatively easy spin class for ~ 35 minutes.
Getting better. 2 hours of doubles after work. Kind of crashed and burned toward the end.
Wl x 2 and 20 minute power walk to keep the pipes clear.
Country club Saturday again. Golf first, then 2 tennis matches in the afternoon. Kind of like Thursday--did okay for a while then had nothing left for the 2nd match. Oh well.
