Short-Term Running Goals:
Get healthy, run pain-free. Have had sciatic nerve issues since 2009, damaged knee cartilage early 2015, so have been a jogger for a while.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Do well in the 50s age group, keep running pain-free.

Married, science writer/editor, enjoy life on the coast of Maine
Started the FTP test on Peloton, didn't feel it, stopped after 3 minutes or so. Spun out the legs for a couple minutes, then did a 45-minute class and again set PRs for kj average and speed.
40 minute spin.
Wl x 2 and slow painful mill run. Sigh.
Tennis. Finally played pretty well.
Wl x 2 and a 20-minute power walk.
Country club day - tennis and golf.
