| New FTP test. Killed myself! PR tho, 240 avg for 20 minutes.

| Some light lifting and core work to continue reviving my upper body, then a 36-minute walk then run on the mill. Left hip was yelling so didn't get too adventurous but had a nice pickup at the end once it calmed down a bit.
