Back at it with D-Rock. Took a random route from Confluence Park. Ended running the new trails all the way up to the Hospital. Derek ran into a rope fence thing, could’ve been worse. We jumped back on the Mayors Loop and found a way to get 10. Not very fast this morning. 10.02 miles

PM- Warm up with girls and coach laps. Kids ran super amazing for the Dream Mile. Shout out to Nathan Humphries for breaking 5, Avery Smith for slaying, Sariah Jones with a 3 minute PR, and Trevor Prior  for a new record. 4.14 miles
