AM- 30. Out past Sunrise with the boys. Trevor T joined us this morning. 4.05 miles
PM- Ran some and jogged some while kids did the workout. Calf is buggin a little. 7.96 miles
Up and flipped with silvers. Hit a couple of strides on the way back. 4.56 miles
AM- Normal morning with the boys. 3.38 miles
PM- Coach Laps. Prerace warm with the boys then coach laps. Felt pretty smooth until my stomach gave me some issues. 5.15 miles
Ran 4ish on my own then 15 minutes with the girls. 6.27 miles
Out towards zupas with the boys. 6.23 miles
Grapevine (Fastest 5K). Took a minute to warm up and was behind the group then from 3-7ish I tried connecting to the top boys. Fell off once the strides started. Got some blisters on my arches. 9.89 miles
