PM:Speed Work: 4 Sets of 200, 300, 400, with equal jog in between. I wasn't sure if we were supposed to take a break between sets or what. I did all 4 sets withoug any breaks, it was pretty tiring. I didn't have the best speed day.
Easy Chuck-a-Rama with T.A. and Will the Thrill. 8 striders with RJ after. I took everything real easy so hopefully I can have an explosive race tomorrow.

I was having bad stomach problems, but I felt that I still pushed hard throughout the whole race. I know I can run faster and I will need to if I want to reach my personal goals. I love how competitive our team is, its fun to watch everyone on our team run.
Ran up the "Black Hill" or "Ice House" from Zabriskies. This rocky, piece of crap hill kicked my butt in the summer so I had to redeem myself. I totally did, and ran a mile more once I got to the top. I ran back down and home, it was a longer run than I expected. I ran pretty well throughout the whole thing, and some guy on a scouter called me coach.
