Long-Term Running Goals:
Be a life-long runner
I ran on the Broken Mesa trail. I tried to make my own path and the heat got to me and I passed out. I crawled to some shade and survived.
Slow running in the early stages of the heat of the day.
AM: Ran out to my moms school to help her move stuff.
Cedar mtn trail running
Ran against a bunch of valley high kids. Lost to my dad. I got lost at one point and had to slow to ask a kid which way to go
