Started at Wal-Mart and created a route. Went through Bloomington Hills and down on the trail. Thought I was running faster than I was. Tried to make my last 2 miles my fastest. 11.56 miles
In Lehi exploring the trails. Started out feeling sluggish. Turned at 40 minutes and tried to do a pacing test. Didn’t look at my watch but went by feel. Hit 3 7:16s in a row and 7:20 where I slowed due to a sharp pain in my foot. Ran a sub 7 for the last mile. 10.6 miles
