Well I thought I was all recovered from my right calf injury and now I have a left calf that won't loosen up. I should have started slower but I don't know how because I usually run road races in better shape. I felt really good and ran 6:05 for the first and about a 19:50 3 mile split. I was just starting to settle in at about 4 and a half miles and then my left calf blew up on me. I tried stretching and praying but my calf is messed up. I wanted to quit but I hobbled along and finished the race. Sucky experience but at the same time I can learn from it. I just need to get my legs feeling better, lose weight and get back into it.
