AM- Ran up the road from Diamond Valley. 1.29 miles
Workout-
Drove my car up to the Diamond Valley turn off. Got moving pretty quick early. Did race pace sets of 4, 3, 2, and 1. Did mile recovery between sets except for the last 1 mile. I wanted to make sure my legs were pretty tired for that last rep. Ran home to get those extra miles. I hydrated pretty well and my body held up after 15+ miles (for the most part). 18.28 miles
