AM- Took 3-4 miles for my calf to loosen up. Started out with some of the newer boys then worked my way up to new groups. Girls caught me when I was being a baby in the sandy uphill. Ran with Breck for a minute. Then with the upper minute girls. Then after the water spot, ran with Trev, Liam, Kyle or Carter, Ian, and Jake. Added some minutes after getting back to the school. 8.93 miles
PM- 6 mile loop with Metler. Derek H ran the 5 miler so we started together and met up in the middle at St. James Park. Definitely felt the heat but had a good attitude about it. 6.01 miles, 7:21 mile pace
