I tried to run with Jeff but I just didn't have it in me on the last couple of laps. I did have a good finish though. I just need to stay more positive throughout the whole 8 laps.

I felt pretty dehydrated when I ran the 800. Not much to say about this race, except I need to get more speed and be more mentally tough.
