AM- 45 with Silver crew then ran up into Green Springs to find the varsity crew. I caught part of their 2nd tempo run and did a 5 minute threshold with Bentley and Boston. Added some more to get 80 minutes. 10.12 miles 

PM- Normal monday afternoon run. Bryan and I got a late start to catch up to the team. 4.12 miles
