| | AM 13.85 at 7:59 avg pace. Started at 5:45 at Olympic park. Ran through Lehi and eventually connected to the JRP down by my brothers’ houses and then north on the trail. I was good until about mile 9-10 and then I had some pain in my left groin area.

| | AM similar route to last week with little segments added on. Basically south from Olympic park down by my brothers house and connected to the JRP and headed north back to my car. Averaged 7:45 with total time of 1:53:39. Not much pain in my hip or groin or back during the run. I’ll see how it feels today and will stretch and roll good.

| | PM 7.2 on the TM in the evening. Feel like I'm on the edge of getting sick (ringing in ears, congestion, tired). My lower left side of my back and hip are giving me issues. I can run, but it has been sore since. Not sure what the problem is, but feel like I've been battling something for the last couple weeks in that area.

| | AM 15.15 in 1:56:20 (7:40). Started at 5:35 at the Orem soccer fields. Went up the canyon about 7.5 and back. At 1:05:00 did a 1 min on/1 min off. 2 min on/2 min off. Up to 5 min and then back down.

| | AM Walked 3 miles. My left hip/lower left side of back was the most sore it's been yesterday morning after my run. I probably need to shut things down for a bit and see if I can get things better.
Noon walked about 1.5 miles during lunch.
PM walked about 2.6 miles in the evening.

| | AM walked 4 miles, most on the TM cause it was surprisingly cold outside. I head to Orlando for work today and will try and not run until I return.

| | AM Got back from a work trip in Florida last night. I haven’t run since a week from last Monday. My back/hip have generally felt better but not entirely normal. This run was not great. It was ok and then with about .75 to go my right knee stopped me dead in my tracks. Pain on the top of it. Lower left side of back and left hip still tight, with some pain. May need to start swimming again.

| | AM I broke down and decided to swim to see if that could help my hip/back. Swam 32 min and then came home and ran/walked. I’ll call it 3 running miles.
