no end of year summary. except to say it took me a long time to work up to the 30-40 miles a week that im generally doing now. after several years of trying to build back a mileage base too quickly for my average and aging body and getting knocked back by injuries and/or fatigue, i finally found enough patience to get to a place where i feel like it's safe to start training again this spring. hopefully a year from now i'll have some fun stats to summarize here on FRB.
