| | 10 miles / easy peasy. from home - park-n-ride loop then over to the cemetery for some serpentine-age then more climbing through some neighborhoods to the east. avgerage pace was 9:03 per mile for the run. slowest mile was 10:11 (big climb) fastest mile was the last one @ 8:21.

| | 7 miles - bluff trail at jensen park. the first 3 miles were horrible. seriously. then things started coming back in mile four and felt normal the rest of the run.

| | 15 miles / undiluted minority/crestview/church/rainbow/whitesides/mortuary/emerald park/wasatch. 9:21 avg. my goal marathon pace is ~8:00 per mile, and currently 15 miles is my long run so i'm okay with my pace for this run. i could tell from the start that i wasn't feeling super so that makes me super okay with a 9:21 avg. my only water was at emeradl park (mile 12ish). my last two miles were the fastest, both @ 8:53.
