7 miles / 9:12 avg. from work - sherwood delight/eastern style loop. the first two miles of this run had me convinced that i was done running. for life. luckily i stuck with it and ended up feeling much better for the last three miles.

i spend the first mile of nearly every run thinking about quitting running for life. you just have to keep going until the sherwood delight kicks in, then it's awesome.
