total running time 27:53... started at 10:30 pace and every 90 seconds I increased the pace by 15 seconds per mile. Once I hit 9:30 pace I quit tracking and tried to run hard but controled. splits 9:36, 9:05, 9:12. at about the 2.5 miles mark I slowed to 9:45 pace until 2.7 miles and then I pushed it hard.
