total running time 57:47 longest run since my issues with sciatica. Planned on staying closer to 10 min mile pace but felt so good that I was cautious. The 4th and 5th miles were a bit hard and slower then the 6th mile was ok. splits 9:50, 9:33, 9:36, 9:45, 9:39, 9:24.
