Lunch run. Bloomington loop and two loops at the park. Ran the first 5 miles nonstop for the first time in a long time. I stopped after 5 for a drink and a short walk. Its getting hotter out too!!
After work I made it to the lap pool. 200 WU, 100, 150, 200, 250, 300, 350, 400, & 100 CD (2050 yds)
