| Lunch time run. Bloomington loop and two loops at the park. I always run the loop clockwise. Today I ran it counter-clockwise. It felt like a new run! Legs were tired too; probably from my bike ride yesterday.

| Only counting 4. I was out for a long time. I ran early and also did six 150 sprints with walks in between. My run finally turned into a walk and lunch at Carl's. The grandkids and I did a fun hike in the later evening.

| Lunch run. Bloomington loop and two loops at the park. Ran the first 5 miles nonstop for the first time in a long time. I stopped after 5 for a drink and a short walk. Its getting hotter out too!!
After work I made it to the lap pool. 200 WU, 100, 150, 200, 250, 300, 350, 400, & 100 CD (2050 yds)
Yoga in the evening, Ready for bed now!
