The 5k loop for lunch. I am a little tired today for a run. I guess I did too many stairs on saturday at the 333 stair climb. I did 8 sets with 1 HIIT on the 7th climb. Ouch!!
Lunch run on my 5k loop. Felt better today. Probably because I stretched before the run. I didnt stop & stretch until mile 2. Felt good at the end. I ave about 11 min mile.
