I ran tonight. I still had to stop and stretch a few times. It always felt good to run again after a stretch. I hope I can start running again soon.

I do the 333 stairs a lot, lately. I dont do more than 3 sets

I did my old 5k loop for lunch. I took it easy because I'm not sure if I can runn yet. 10-11 pace and stretched each mile.

Lunch run on my 5k loop. Felt better today. Probably because I stretched before the run. I didnt stop & stretch until mile 2. Felt good at the end. I ave about 11 min mile.

First time out in a longgggg time. I wanted to see how my body feels. Of course the first mile is trash. Spent a mile trying to get body parts use to running again. My heart is great. It hardly beated faster. But, my other body parts is another story. I will see how another run feels. Keep it short!!!

I did my past standard 5k lunch loop today. I wanted to see what a little more distance would feel like. It all feels the same. I have to stop regularly to relieve the pain by stretching my entire lower body. But, I did get an extra mile on this run. hehe

Lunch run. Maybe I'm too early on my start up to do two 5k runs in the same week. I did ok but I had to stop a few times to stretch. I felt good at the end.

5k run for lunch. This time I started slow. I'm a slower runner and I need to accept this. I stayed just under a 12 min/m pace. I barely hurt. I only did a 15 sec ham stretch at the top of the hill at mile 1.5

Lunch run. Out & back. Ran the first mile with no stops but I stretched anyways since the next mile is uphill. I had to stop half way, the uphill hurts. I did a big stretch at the turn around and went too fast on mile 3. I luckily ran into people I knew at the park at ht e beginning of mile 4. We (me) yapped for 15 minutes. The last mile felt better.

My first 4 miles or more in a very long time.
