5k lunch run

Lunch run. Out & back. Ran the first mile with no stops but I stretched anyways since the next mile is uphill. I had to stop half way, the uphill hurts. I did a big stretch at the turn around and went too fast on mile 3. I luckily ran into people I knew at the park at ht e beginning of mile 4. We (me) yapped for 15 minutes. The last mile felt better.

My first 4 miles or more in a very long time.

Ran the 5k loop for lunch. It didnt hurt today. Yaaah!!

I did word on my running style. Im trying to not bound when I run. I did it better today. Told myself to not let my feet land in front of me.

Out and back lunch run. Felt okay until I hit the uphill part. I stretched at the turn around for a minute or so. Coming back didnt feel much better. I was okay over all.

Lunch run on the 5k loop. I ran the whole run nonstop. Not too bad. Pace 10:00ish

Another 5k lunch run. I backed off a little since I'm slightly sore from mondays run. I did some light stretches at mile 1, 1.5, & 2. Felt better towards the end.
