| Run to the park and back for lunch. It's getting a little better. Still stop to sretch from time to time. I have been doing this runn for the past few weeks.

| I did my past standard 5k lunch loop today. I wanted to see what a little more distance would feel like. It all feels the same. I have to stop regularly to relieve the pain by stretching my entire lower body. But, I did get an extra mile on this run. hehe

| Lunch run. 5k - felt good. Light rain, short stretch at mile 1.5 & 2.6
I did lots of stretching and calisthenics. That helped a lot

| Lunch run. Maybe I'm too early on my start up to do two 5k runs in the same week. I did ok but I had to stop a few times to stretch. I felt good at the end.

| 5k run for lunch. This time I started slow. I'm a slower runner and I need to accept this. I stayed just under a 12 min/m pace. I barely hurt. I only did a 15 sec ham stretch at the top of the hill at mile 1.5

| Afternoon Run with Cathy in our neighborhood. Its hilly here. slow and fast. Lots of stretching stops. Feel good afterwards. Cathy too! :)
