Run to the park and back for lunch. It's getting a little better. Still stop to sretch from time to time. I have been doing this runn for the past few weeks.

I did my past standard 5k lunch loop today. I wanted to see what a little more distance would feel like. It all feels the same. I have to stop regularly to relieve the pain by stretching my entire lower body. But, I did get an extra mile on this run. hehe

Lunch run out and back.  I finally ran a non stop. Almost stopped to stretch at mile 1.5

Lunch run. 5k - felt good. Light rain, short stretch at mile 1.5 & 2.6

I did lots of stretching and calisthenics. That helped a lot

Lunch run. Maybe I'm too early on my start up to do two 5k runs in the same week. I did ok but I had to stop a few times to stretch. I felt good at the end.

5k run for lunch. This time I started slow. I'm a slower runner and I need to accept this. I stayed just under a 12 min/m pace. I barely hurt. I only did a 15 sec ham stretch at the top of the hill at mile 1.5

Afternoon Run with Cathy in our neighborhood. Its hilly here. slow and fast. Lots of stretching stops. Feel good afterwards. Cathy too! :)
