Good Grief!! Will all people ever completely pay attention on the roads.
I also had to sit down at mile 5 because I got dizzy and had a very strong acid smell burning my nose. I was along the road parallel to the river near christensen park.

| What a day!! I ran bloomington loop for lunch. Had a JERK in a truck hit my butt and left foot as he ran the stop sign. I turned around in the air as he hit me and he fled away. the other cars at the intersection would not help me track him. They told me to move along. That describes st george, ut. Luckily I was not hurt but my right big toe hurts. Maybe I landed funny as I twisted in the air and onto my right foot landing. I sped up my run after that... not happy! Later that day my work truck broke down. I walked a mile from my down truck to Carl's jr to satify my mood! What a day!!

| Ran the whole thing with relative ease!! I was hungry from the start. My stomach growled when the start gun fired! I tried eating at every station. By mile 21 the mucsles alarmed me that there was nothing left (no ATP left). My muscles were flexing all over the place and never together. I wobbled for a few miles until cathy saw me and handed me a DrP and chocolate. The last 2 miles were okay. I hoped for 4 hr finish. Happy with 4:18!!
I sang in my head mostly Art Cowles (one of my son in laws) album The Astromaut. I believe that helped me from having a seizure during the race, but I did have a mild seisure right when I hit the finish line! Yay... I finished before I went down!!

| Lunch run. It was a wonderful run until I hit my last mile. I was running through Christensen park for a drink of water, and I was on the path that circles the park. Half way around were two women sitting on the park bench. We said high to each other and right as I passed them, their dog jumped out at me(with no leash), and tried to bite me. I moved fast by jumping and hurdling over the dog. It missed me and didn't pursue me any further. My anxiety skyrocket through the roof and I went down with a hard seizure. I was left there on the spot alone and in manic confusion!! The two peices of sht left me there and I suffered and cried for about 5 minutes in severe confusion and disorientation. This is a common posture of St George!! I eventually made my way back to my office. That was a very slow walk back, and now I have a severe headache!
