warm up with cathy in her extreme dance class. only lasted 2.5 songs. hit the TM for 4 progressive ladders. I'm hoping to get some speed and strength back.

ladders: 5.5, 6,6.5,7 - 6,6.5,7,7.5 - 6.5,7,7.5,8 - 6.5,7,7.5,8 (8 is my cautious max right now)

2min wu with 1 min walks in between and 4 min cd jog

10 pull ups (haha)

For lunch I did the bloomington loop. I only had 3 seperate vehicles miss me on the side of the road.

Good Grief!! Will all people ever completely pay attention on the roads. 

I also had to sit down at mile 5 because I got dizzy and had a very strong acid smell burning my nose. I was along the road parallel to the river near christensen park.

What a day!! I ran bloomington loop for lunch. Had a JERK in a truck hit my butt and left foot as he ran the stop sign. I turned around in the air as he hit me and he fled away. the other cars at the intersection would not help me track him. They told me to move along. That describes st george, ut. Luckily I was not hurt but my right big toe hurts. Maybe I landed funny as I twisted in the air and onto my right foot landing. I sped up my run after that... not happy! Later that day my work truck broke down. I walked a mile from my down truck to Carl's jr to satify my mood! What a day!!
