lunch run. 5k run plus 3 laps around the park for extra mile. Deer flies came out once the clouds cleared. I got 3 of them and no bites on me. score is 3 to 0 today. total score is 16 to 5

TM long run. Ran on Galloway's advice of on 4 min and off 1 min, It helped but wow.... I need a lot of training to get to marathon level. Each 4 min cycle I upped my speed 0.2 mph.

My longish run this morning. Ran down the SGM course to home. Running didn't seem to hurt but walking was painful. I did some skipping and that helped my walking. I need to strengthen and stretch my legs more.

And, did upper body weights this afternoon.
