| TM long run. Ran on Galloway's advice of on 4 min and off 1 min, It helped but wow.... I need a lot of training to get to marathon level. Each 4 min cycle I upped my speed 0.2 mph.

| My longish run this morning. Ran down the SGM course to home. Running didn't seem to hurt but walking was painful. I did some skipping and that helped my walking. I need to strengthen and stretch my legs more.
And, did upper body weights this afternoon.
