| For Lunch I ran my 5k loop. I did an extra mile in the park because it is shaded. :D
At the start, when I was a couple hundred feet out the door a deer fly got me, and then I got him!!

| Lunch run, and it's getting hotter!! It was 90 degrees when I started and 95 when I finished. And, I had another deer fly encounter. He bite me, I sqashed him.

| Hot Lunch Run. It was 93 when I started and 98 when I finished! I wish this desert had shade!
