First run in a long time. Ran the TM with 3 on and 2 off. The walking felt fine but my left knee was lightly hurting during the run. I will go to yoga tonight to relieve that knee.

Out and back on the virgin river trail tonight. I had a full moon and cathy rode behind me on the tandum bike with our youngest son. I ran 4 and 1 time. It still hurts to run but no pain in a walk.

TM at a 4:1 ratio. bumped up the speed 0.1 at the start of each cycle. I did 20 pull-ups after my run.

4 mi on the TM at a 4:1 routine. Knee felt uncomfortable but did not hurt. Went to yoga afterwards.

6 mi on the TM for 1hr. 4:1 method. Knee is starting to hurt less. 20 pull ups after my run,

Went walking tonight with cathy for 3 mi to burn of three helps of homemade ice cream.
